Happy Birthday to my handsome son who turned 11 today. We love you so much!!

After each boy crosses the bridge he signs his name with a permanent marker.
Part of the ceremony is to have one's face painted with the colors of each Den of the Cub Scout Pack. Nicholas thought it looked like whiskers on a cat. Meow.
Nicholas bridged over to the eleven year old Boy Scouts. Aaron was a leader of the eleven year old Scouts until just recently. Aaron asked if as his final act as leader he could participate in Nicholas' bridging ceremony. It was a really neat event.
Nicholas was demonstrating how to tie a square knot (right over left, then left over right). Good job!
Aaron and Nicholas' Webelos leader changing the color of the tabs on Nicholas' shirt. Bridging complete. Congratulations on your accomplishment. We are so proud of you.
