LifeWalk 2008

Today we walked 3.2 miles as a family in memory of Michael Tom. We met at Michael's this morning for brunch consisting of bagels, quiche, fresh fruit and cookies. The boys were real troopers and didn't complain at all. Eric fell asleep before we started the walk. Nicholas and Carter brought their scooters, but the roads were a little rough so they ended up walking quite a bit.

The Family
Michael Tom's father, Joe and Michael working to get the free t-shirts handed out.
Uhhh, Kelly...the camera is over here.
Jason knows where the camera is :)
Cole Family. Nice two person stroller!
The Cole stroller worked well through 3/4ths of the walk. Toward the end the front wheel took a hard hit and bent out of alignment. Aaron put Corgan on his shoulders and Travis carried the sleeping Caiden. Things started looking hairy for my stroller as the rear wheel started tilting at an odd angle (darned Evenflo). Fortunately, we made it to the end without incident.
We really missed Mom and Dad Hayes. We hope you're feeling better Mom Hayes.

I wish we could've been there. I'm feeling better today, still have a cough and some congestion, but I think I've gotten over the worst of it. Glad you were all able to do the walk.

Thank you guys so much for coming out to the Lifewalk! It was so much fun to have everyone together and doing this for Michael TOM. It means so much to me!
Missed having Mom and Dad there, but there is always next year!
