Eric's new friend
Here's Eric (7 months old) with his new friend Aidan (9 months old). Aren't they adorable? When the boys had their pacifier in their mouth they would try to take each others away. It was so funny watching them. They play really well together.

Sweet Caiden
Kelly looks amazing! Caiden is such a sweet and cute baby.
I was so excited and happy for Kelly. Plus, I got to hold Caiden.

Happy Birthday Carter
Last night we celebrated Carter's birthday along with his Aunt Susan and cousin Alex. Today he is 4 years old. I can't believe my little guy is 4.
Here is Carter blowing out his candle. Cute kid.
He got some good gifts. Can you tell he likes cars and trucks?
Alex turned 14 on the 15th. Susan's birthday was yesterday, the 17th. Carter turns 4 today, the 18th. We have now finsihed celebrating our fifth February birthday. February has been an expensive month for us, however it is well worth it. Happy Birthday!!!
On Friday my sister Susan, her friend Jonie and I went to the Terrace Retreat Spa in Southlake. We had a nice day of being pampered. It was soooooooo nice. We then went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. YUM!! I told the waitress that it was my sister's birthday. We all shared a cheesecake together since we had a nice big lunch. The wait staff decorated the plate and wrote Happy Birthday Susan in chocolate and then sang to her. She doesn't like the attention, but it was fun. We had such a good time. We plan on having another girls day out. I had forgotten my camera so I didn't get any pics.

Pinewood Derby
Friday night was Nicholas' first Pinewood Derby. He had worked hard on his car and was really excited to see it race. Carter acted as Nicholas' crew chief and offered support and assistance at each stage of the car's preparation (sawing, sanding, painting, hammering). Here are the boys "pre-race".

The hard work paid off. Nicholas' car (The STP) came in first place in this race (Lane 1 / Far Left).

Play-Doh
Carter and I had fun playing with the play-doh while Eric was taking a nap. Then Eric woke up and wanted to play with us. He was grabbing everything.
He liked squeezing the play-doh in his hand. Look he's even making squooshy noises.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!
This is what my SWEETHEART gave to me. A fresh fruit bouquet from Edible Arrangements. It was very delicious, especially the chocolate covered strawberries. Not only is it pretty to look at but I can eat it too. Thanks Aaron. I love you!!!
This morning I went to Carter's preschool for their Valentine's party. We decorated heart shaped cookies, made a cute heart puppet and played some fun games.
Later that afternoon I went to Nicholas' school for his party. They made a cute CD photo frame with a poem to give to their parents. It was fun watching the kids open their Valentine cards. They were all thanking one another as everyone was opening it at the same time. The kids got to make ice cream sundaes during the party. One of the girls told me that they are all going to be so wired tonight because of all the sweets.
Nicholas and his friends seem to be having a blast. They would get frosting or cool whip on their faces and make each other laugh. I've enjoyed going to his parties and meeting the kids and the other Moms. Nicholas' teacher and classmates are a fun bunch to hang out with.

7 Months Old
On Sunday this cutie pie of ours turned 7 months old.

Animal Kingdom
Friday afternoon we went to Nicholas' classroom where they perform their program the Animal Kingdom. Nick was a spider.
All the kids in class chose an animal that they wanted to be and had to memorize their facts about their animal. What we did was go up to each kids desk and turn the on button and they would tell you about themselves. Nicholas was awesome!! Check out his mask. That spider sure has some bloody teeth. The kids in class did a great job.
Nick fell asleep in the van. Doesn't that look comfortable?
Eric loves to play with his Grandma Medeiros and cousin Alex.

Last Friday we celebrated Aaron and Phillip's birthday. Make a wish!!!

Happy Birthday Phillip. My nephew's birthday was on Feb. 7th and he turned 13. Phillip is officially a TEENAGER. Wow!! Be good to your Mom.
The boys and I got Aaron a pair of hiking boots for camping.
It's always nice to get together with family. We still have three more birthday's to celebrate this month. This is a busy month.

Nick's first award
Nicholas received his first award the Bobcat badge. He was a little nervous when he gave me the Mother's pin. I was really proud of him. He has really enjoyed being in Cub Scout. During the pack meeting on Tuesday night the Wolf Den displayed their igloo hut that they made in class.

Uncle Michael
Uncle Michael came over Saturday night to bring Nick's birthday present. As Nick was reading his card Carter was eyeing the presents. Yes, that one is yours Carter. Uncle Michael gave Carter his birthday present early. That was sweet of him.
The boys also got some fun floam to play with. Aaron was trying to mix up the green floam but it wasn't working. He had a hard time getting it off of his fingers. Ha, ha.
The yellow and blue floam worked well. Carter made a road so he can drive his car. Nick started putting his lego's together.
We had a nice visit with Uncle Michael. Thanks for the gifts. We love you!!

Nick loves his gift from Uncle Michael. The Lego Creator lets you make three different kinds of car. This is just a regular car but you can make a truck also.

Nick and Carter took turns racing the lawn mower in the living room. Eric was getting so excited watching them play.
