7 Months Old

On Sunday this cutie pie of ours turned 7 months old. Okay Dad, you want me to do what with this ball?
Our little sunshine. He loves to smile. These three little muchkins bring so much love, joy and laughter in our lives. Mommy and Daddy love you guys!!!

Animal Kingdom

Friday afternoon we went to Nicholas' classroom where they perform their program the Animal Kingdom. Nick was a spider. All the kids in class chose an animal that they wanted to be and had to memorize their facts about their animal. What we did was go up to each kids desk and turn the on button and they would tell you about themselves. Nicholas was awesome!! Check out his mask. That spider sure has some bloody teeth. The kids in class did a great job.
Nick fell asleep in the van. Doesn't that look comfortable?
Eric loves to play with his Grandma Medeiros and cousin Alex.

Fun Friday

Last Friday we celebrated Aaron and Phillip's birthday. Make a wish!!! Phillip and Nick wanted Aaron to look really good in this picture.
Happy Birthday Phillip. My nephew's birthday was on Feb. 7th and he turned 13. Phillip is officially a TEENAGER. Wow!! Be good to your Mom. The boys and I got Aaron a pair of hiking boots for camping.
It's always nice to get together with family. We still have three more birthday's to celebrate this month. This is a busy month.

Nick's first award

Nicholas received his first award the Bobcat badge. He was a little nervous when he gave me the Mother's pin. I was really proud of him. He has really enjoyed being in Cub Scout. During the pack meeting on Tuesday night the Wolf Den displayed their igloo hut that they made in class.

Uncle Michael

Uncle Michael came over Saturday night to bring Nick's birthday present. As Nick was reading his card Carter was eyeing the presents. Yes, that one is yours Carter. Uncle Michael gave Carter his birthday present early. That was sweet of him. The boys also got some fun floam to play with. Aaron was trying to mix up the green floam but it wasn't working. He had a hard time getting it off of his fingers. Ha, ha.
The yellow and blue floam worked well. Carter made a road so he can drive his car. Nick started putting his lego's together.

We had a nice visit with Uncle Michael. Thanks for the gifts. We love you!!

more pictures...

Nick loves his gift from Uncle Michael. The Lego Creator lets you make three different kinds of car. This is just a regular car but you can make a truck also. And a race car.
Carter got a lawn mower that makes bubbles. Uncle Michael gave him his birthday present early. Carter really likes his gift. The lawn mower engine makes a really cool sound like a car engine. Nick and Carter took turns racing the lawn mower in the living room. Eric was getting so excited watching them play.
Sweet boys.
Carter loves to play with Eric.

Nick's Party Pics

Finally, I'm posting some pictures of Nicholas birthday party from two weeks ago. We had his party at Let's Jump (indoor inflatable party rooms). The kids got to jump for an hour and 30 minutes in two different rooms. Here is Nick saying "Hi" before going down a long slide with his friends. See how much fun the boys are having. I LOVE this picture. Check out the expressions on the boys faces. Priceless.
This area comes with an inflatable tube that is used hit one another and get the other person to lose his balance and knock them from the center of the arena (king of the hill style). It's actually pretty fun. Carter and his friend Zane just like to jump off the center.
This is one of the other rooms. There is a playroom to throw the balls at each other plus more slides and obstacle course. The last five minutes spent in this room we played in the dark. They turned off all the lights and turned on the black lights. The black lights made the balls, the carpet and white clothing glow in the dark. It was sooooooo much fun. I wish I could have taken a picture of it. Anyway, it was fun throwing the glowing balls at each other.
Another really cool slide the boys went on. Some of the pictures came out blurry because everyone was moving around so much.

more fun pictures.....

There was music playing in the playground of the rooms. Carter and his friend Zane jumped to the music and had a lot of fun. As you can tell, the boys had a blast.

Time for pizza, cake and presents

Here is the gang, all red-faced and sweaty. These boys packed away quite a bit of pizza and cake (two to three servings each). I hate to think what their appetites will be like when they are teenagers.
Carter and his friend Zane patiently awaiting their food.
Here is the birthday boy with his cool Lego Star Wars cake. Target was able to create this cake from a photo we downloaded from the internet. Unfortunately, Zane thought the cake looked really cool and stuck his pinky finger into Chewbacca's nose before I could take a picture of the cake.
Here are the boys singing a wonderful rendition of "Happy Birthday, cha cha cha".
Here is Nick taking a bite out of his favorite character, Han Solo. Mmmmmm, good.

AWESOME!!!!

This morning I woke up to get the kids ready for school. As Nick and I went into the living room we looked out the window and saw snow. Nick's first reaction was AWESOME!!! We turned on the TV to find out if school had been cancelled. It was and someone was very happy. Nick was still in pajamas when he went outside.
Nicholas was so thrilled that there was no school today. He went inside to tell his brother the good news. Carter was sleeping like a bear and didn't want to get up just yet. It started to snow so I asked Nicholas to go outside again for a kodak moment.

Actually, this should be the kodak moment. Nicholas was lying on the ground trying to make a snow angel. The kid just loves the snow. He knows how to make his Mommy laugh.

Snow Day!!!!!

When Carter and Eric finally woke up all the boys went outside to play. Look Eric it's snow!!
Nick, don't you throw that snowball at me!
Carter seems to be having a lot of fun mowing that snow. That kid is too funny.
Nicholas made a nice looking snow castle.

Eric and I were in the house looking out the window watching the boys play outside. Aaron had called at that time. He wanted to let me know that he was having lunch outside the patio near the pool. He was enjoying the weather and watching the palm tress. Enjoy while you can buddy. When you come back home tomorrow it will still be cold here. The kids talked to their Daddy and then went back outside. The boys had a lot of fun.

Cub Scout

This evening Nicholas went to his first Cub Scout meeting. He was so excited to participate in the activities. Tonight he learned how to use a hammer and pliers. Doesn't Nick look handsome in a uniform?

6 Months Old

This morning Eric had his 6 months check up and did great. Last Thursday he had a ear infection and couldn't get his immunization shots. Today the doctor said he is doing WONDERFUL!!!! They gave him all of his shots including the flu shot. Eric is now 16 pounds, and 25 1/2 inches long. He is so LOVABLE and CUTE.
Hey, what's up?

Aaron went on a business trip on Sunday afternoon to Florida. The boys have been missing him like crazy and so have I. I took this picture of the boys last night before bed and sent it to Aaron. He got it this morning and misses us all very much. Aaron said the weather is in the high 70's. Wow!! Must be nice to enjoy the warm weather. It's freezing here in good old TEXAS.
